Grief Becomes Us offers an online gathering place for those wanting to experiment with writing as a practice to traverse losses of all kinds including the parts that feel inconsolable. -Just because you can’t fix grief doesn’t mean there isn’t something more to know about. This writing immersion is an opportunity to be tender and close with yourself. Caring for yourself through loss and sorrow can be an intense, intimate, deep experience and when shared, perhaps you’ll feel a little less alone. -This class is for you if you are experiencing or have experienced any of the following: ongoing grief due to the death of a loved one, anticipatory grief, relationship change or loss, life transitions, health changes/diagnoses, childhood losses or a sense of ancestral loss, environmental and political grief, ambiguous sense of grief or other kinds of sorrow that there is not great language for. -Single Session Writing Groups now accepting registrations! Summer/Early Fall Dates! August 4th 7-8:30pm EST, September 12th 12-1:30pm EST Fee: $60-85 sliding scale Work with a small group of fellow travelers (limited to 9) for 1.5 for a one time class. -4 Week Writing Intensive now accepting registrations! Fall Dates! Tuesdays 7-8:30pm EST | October 6, 13, 20, 27 Fee: $200-350 sliding scale Work with a small group of fellow travelers (limited to 9) for 1.5 hours once a week for 4 weeks.
