Feel stuck in a life pattern that logic can't solve? Or find yourself party to the same repeating conflicts in your family and/or intimate relationships? These are the ripple effects of inherited trauma—unresolved issues from past generations that continue to resonate with the living members of the family system, interfering with your peace and highest purpose. Ancestral constellations is a phenomenological (gotta experience it:) process that can help us gain clarity around our inherited physical and emotional patterns and beliefs, and the ways in which we unconsciously repeat behaviors that perpetuate these entanglements. According to the tenets of Family/Ancestral Constellations, a therapeutic method that works within the shared field of consciousness, we unconsciously take on destructive familial loyalties and entanglements as a way of belonging. Children are expected to parent their parents, gold stars are adorned on the most self-negating individuals, childhoods (and their subsequent adult hoods) are sacrificed on the altar of survivor’s guilt (i.e. why should I live a happy life if everyone else in my family is miserable?). Our 3-month weaving of group and individual work is designed to illuminate and clear these deep root burdens, moving you beyond mere coping into genuine freedom. Step off the treadmill of reactive living and into a dedicated cohort (limited to 10-13 participants) built for trust, depth, and lasting transformation. This immersive journey focuses on the profound theme of Belonging and Abandonment, using the Ancestral Constellations framework to address the three Daoist tiers of human experience: Survival, Communication, and Differentiation. Over three months, we will systematically explore the three essential questions necessary for an embodied sense of belonging: Survival: "Where do I belong/feel safe physically?" (Foundation & Body) Communication: "Where do I belong/feel safe emotionally?" (Heart & Relationships) Differentiation/Choices: "Where do I belong/feel safe spiritually?" (Purpose & Destiny) This is more than just a series of sessions; it is a commitment to love our selves, and by so doing, our lineage and all of humanity.
